Annandale Auto Care LLC was founded in May 2004 with an ambition to provide automotive service in a different way. The co-founder and current owner/operator Scott Heinecke has been repairing automobiles and various other machines ever since he was strong enough to turn a wrench. Scott has spent 18 years of his life working at franchised dealerships, most employees here have also experienced the dealership way of life. Based on our extensive dealership knowledge, we strive everyday to be very different from the dealership ways of doing busness. Our first priority is to build relationships of trust with our clients. This is extremely important in operating a successful business of any kind in smaller community. Our advertising budget is very limited, we prefer to use our advertising funds to be more competitive and assure complete customer satisfaction. We rely heavily on our customers referring their friends and family. We never grow tired of hearing "a friend sent me here". Our tools, training, equipment, and staff are second to none. This enables us to provide an exceptional value in the automotive service industry. Our mission is simple, delight our cusomers, go the exta mile, do the unexpected, work hard, and trust that our reputation will provide an adequate supply of business well into the future.
